Alexander McQueen wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Alexander McQueen on-line purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment and provide that merchandise can either be returned to an Alexander McQueen boutique or shipped back to Alexander McQueen following the easy steps described in the return slip. Upon receipt of merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
